We provided Project Management services along with the coordination of rental space for the construction of a shopping center in Świnoujście. The investment has a total area of 13,000 m², with approximately 10,000 m² designated for rental, making it a key point in the local retail offering.

Our activities included comprehensive project management, from the planning stage to the completion of construction, as well as coordinating cooperation with tenants to ensure their requirements were aligned with the building’s capabilities. Regular meetings with contractors and inspections of work progress allowed us to continuously monitor the schedule and quality of execution.

Thanks to effective communication and close collaboration with all parties involved in the project, we were able to create a modern shopping center that will serve both residents and tourists, enriching the region’s retail offering.
