We provided LEED certification services for the Park Avenue office, service, and retail building in Warsaw, including the Preliminary LEED Assessment. Our activities focused on implementing sustainable building solutions and selecting optimal technologies that support the ecological and energy-efficient operation of the building.

As part of the service, we conducted energy modeling, natural daylight lighting simulation, and Quality Views analysis, which enabled us to achieve high standards in energy efficiency and user comfort, in line with the LEED certification requirements.
