We served as the Bank Inspector for the construction of a shopping mall in Drawsko Pomorskie. Our key task was to monitor the entire construction process to ensure that all work was being carried out according to the project, budget, and schedule.

As part of this role, we conducted regular site inspections, assessing the progress of execution and the quality of the work completed. Additionally, we analyzed technical and financial documentation, which enabled us to control the legitimacy of requests for disbursements of subsequent financing tranches. This ensured full transparency of the process and protected the interests of the bank as the financing institution for the investment.
