We provided multi-discipline investor supervision for the construction of the Lexus car showroom in Warsaw. The building consists of one underground floor and two above-ground floors, with a total usable area of 2,820 m².

Our role involved comprehensive monitoring of all stages of the project to ensure compliance with technical documentation and applicable construction standards. Regular inspections at the construction site allowed us to continuously assess the quality of work and coordinate the activities of various disciplines, contributing to the timely and efficient completion of the project. Additionally, we collaborated with contractors and designers to minimize the risk of delays and ensure the highest standards in the building’s execution.
