We provided multi-discipline investor supervision and served as the contract engineer for the reconstruction, expansion, and superstructure of historic buildings located in Międzyzdroje. Our primary goal was to ensure that all works were carried out in compliance with heritage conservation requirements, technical documentation, and applicable construction standards.

As part of our role, we conducted regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure the quality of the work. We coordinated the activities of various disciplines to minimize the risk of delays and ensure the smooth execution of the project.

Through close collaboration with contractors and heritage conservation experts, we successfully combined modern solutions with the historical character of the buildings, contributing to their revitalization and preserving the unique architectural heritage of the region.
