Acting as Contract Engineer, Investor Supervisor, and HSE Supervisor for the Construction of a Polypropylene Factory

The project involved comprehensive supervision of the construction of a polypropylene factory, including roles as Contract Engineer, Investor Supervisor, and HSE Supervisor. We ensured that all stages of the investment progressed according to the schedule, quality standards, and safety regulations. Our goal was to guarantee a high level of execution through continuous monitoring of work progress, verification of documentation, and maintaining safety on the construction site.
