Contract Engineer for the Construction of the Jerzy Stelmach Maritime Science Center

The project involved comprehensive management of the construction of the Jerzy Stelmach Maritime Science Center, during which we served as the contract engineer, conducted investor supervision, and coordinated the LEED certification process. Our goal was to ensure that the investment complied with the design assumptions, quality standards, and principles of sustainable construction.

We were responsible for ongoing supervision of works, verification of documentation, monitoring construction progress, and implementing eco-friendly solutions required by LEED standards, focusing on energy efficiency and sustainable development. The facility achieved LEED Gold certification.
