Hanza Tower – Investor Supervision

The project involved providing investor supervision for the construction of a modern office building. Our primary task was to ensure that all construction works were carried out in accordance with the design documentation, applicable regulations, and the approved schedule and budget.

As part of the project supervision, we regularly monitored the progress of works, controlled the quality of execution, and verified compliance with the technical documentation. Our role also included ongoing collaboration with the investor and contractor, enabling prompt responses to emerging challenges and ensuring the smooth progress of the investment.
