We served as the Bank Inspector overseeing the investment related to the change of use of a residential building with a commercial section to a mixed residential-office building. Our main task was to monitor the progress of the project and assess the compliance of the work with the schedule and budget, in order to protect the interests of the bank financing the investment.

As part of this role, we conducted a detailed analysis of the technical and financial documentation, controlling the legitimacy of expenses and the progress of the construction work. Regular site visits allowed us to continuously assess the progress of the building’s change of use, enabling precise reporting and supporting the execution of the investment in accordance with the planned objectives.
