Bank Supervision Inspector

The project involved serving as the bank supervision inspector for the construction of a residential apartment complex. Our primary responsibility was to ensure that all stages of construction were carried out in accordance with the design, regulations, and budget, thereby protecting the interests of the bank as the financing institution.

Throughout the project, we monitored construction progress, conducted regular quality inspections, and verified the compliance of completed works with the technical documentation. Our role also included reviewing the validity of requests for disbursement of subsequent financing tranches, ensuring full transparency and control over expenditures.
