We provided multi-discipline supervision for the construction of a hotel and dining building on Słowackiego Street in Szczecin. The three-story facility, located by Lake Rusałka in Kasprowicz Park, will feature 27 hotel rooms, two wedding halls, and a restaurant. The total usable area of the building will be 2,517 m².

Our role involved comprehensive monitoring of all aspects of the project implementation, ensuring compliance with technical documentation and applicable construction standards. Regular site inspections and close collaboration with contractors allowed us to continuously assess the quality of work and promptly address any irregularities. This ensured high execution standards for a facility that will become a significant addition to the region’s tourism and dining offerings.
