We acted as the Bank Supervision Inspector during the construction of a hotel building in Poznań. Our key responsibility was to monitor the project execution to ensure that all works complied with applicable standards, the budget, and the schedule.

As part of our role, we conducted regular site visits to verify work progress and the quality of construction. We also analyzed technical and financial documentation, which allowed us to assess the validity of requests for disbursement of subsequent financing tranches. This ensured full transparency of the process and the protection of the bank’s interests as the financing institution for the investment.
