The project involved providing investor supervision and HSE supervision during the construction of a modern production facility. Our primary responsibility was to monitor all stages of construction to ensure that the work complied with the design documentation, regulations, and established budget. Additionally, we were responsible for overseeing adherence to occupational health and safety rules on the construction site, ensuring safe working conditions.

As part of the project, we regularly monitored construction progress, ensured quality execution, and verified compliance with the technical documentation. Our role also included ongoing HSE supervision.
