As part of the project, we served as the Bank Inspector overseeing the construction of two residential buildings, which constitute Phase III of the Margerytka Residential Complex in Warsaw. Our task was to monitor the progress of construction, assess compliance with the schedule, and control the financial and material involvement in the investment. The usable area designated for sale was approximately 3,668.7 m².

We verified the technical and financial documentation, assessing the legitimacy of expenses and the pace of work execution. Regular site visits allowed us to assess the actual progress of the investment, enabling accurate reporting to the bank and supporting the investor in achieving the intended goals while maintaining high execution standards.
