We served as the Bank Inspector during the project’s implementation monitoring, which involved a detailed assessment of the documentation and regular site visits. Our key task was to monitor the progress of the construction work, both in terms of financial involvement and the physical execution of the project, to ensure compliance with the schedule and budget.

During the course of the project, we conducted a verification of both financial and technical documents, checking the legitimacy of expenses and the progress in relation to the set goals. Site visits allowed us to assess the actual state of work progress, which enabled precise reporting to the bank and prompt responses to any potential delays or risks.
