We provided investor supervision during the modernization of a complex of buildings, facilities, and equipment for a fish hatchery, enabling the implementation of new systems for egg incubation and fry rearing in RAS (Recirculating Aquaculture Systems). This modernization facilitates the production of juvenile fish for the restoration of endangered species in the lower Odra River.

Our primary task was to ensure that all modernization works were carried out in compliance with the design, schedule, and budget, safeguarding the investor’s interests and ensuring high-quality execution.

We regularly monitored work progress, controlled the quality of works, and verified compliance with the technical documentation. Our role also included approving individual stages of modernization, ensuring smooth project execution and high standards of completion.
