We acted as the Bank Supervision Inspector during the construction of the A10 Retail Park in Żary. Our key responsibility was to monitor construction progress to ensure that all stages of the project were executed in accordance with the schedule, budget, and applicable regulations.

As part of our role, we conducted detailed evaluations of documentation, regular site visits, and quality control of the completed works. We also analyzed requests for disbursement of subsequent financing tranches, ensuring full transparency and safeguarding the bank’s interests as the financing institution.
