We provided the coordination service for the office space rental of approximately 900 m² in a building located at Wojska Polskiego Street in Szczecin (the old Polmo building). Our activities included verifying the quality and correctness of the work carried out by the landlord in accordance with the interior design agreed upon by the tenant.

We also actively participated in the handover procedure, ensuring that the completed works were in compliance with the project. Additionally, we conducted a measurement verification to check if the actual rental space matched the designed assumptions, ensuring full transparency for the tenant.
