The project involved providing investor supervision during the construction of a modern logistics center for Zalando. Our primary task was to monitor and control all stages of the construction process to ensure that the work complied with the design documentation, applicable regulations, and the established budget. Our efforts were aimed at safeguarding the investor’s interests and ensuring the smooth execution of the project.

Throughout the investment, we regularly supervised construction progress, controlled the quality of execution, and verified compliance with the technical documentation. Our role also included close collaboration with the contractor, enabling prompt responses to challenges and ensuring the seamless progression of construction work.
