Investor Supervision for the Construction of the Black Pearl Office Building

The project involved investor supervision during the construction of the “Black Pearl” office building in Szczecin. Our role was to ensure that the work was carried out in accordance with the project assumptions, applicable regulations, and high-quality standards.

As part of the supervision, we were responsible for monitoring the schedule, verifying the compliance of works with the documentation, and overseeing construction progress. Thanks to our involvement, the investment proceeded in an organized manner, meeting all technical and legal requirements.
